Anna Marie Loschen, 80, of rural Fithian passed away at 5:50 a.m. Thursday, September 14, 2017 at Heartland Healthcare Center, Paxton.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 18, 2017 at St. John Lutheran Church, 203 E Church Street, Royal with Pastor Jay Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Partlow Cemetery, Armstrong.

Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Sunday, September 17, 2017 at St. John Lutheran Church, Royal, and also one hour prior to the service Monday at the church from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Baier Family Funeral Services, Flatville is assisting the family with arrangements.

Anna Marie was born August 10, 1937 in Danville the daughter of John Clifford and Celia Ann Smith Walter. She married William "Smokey" Loschen August 28, 1955 at Pleasant Grove Church, Danville. He survives.

Along with her husband, William, she is survived by two sons, Gary (Melody) Loschen of Potomac, Darren (Melissa) Loschen of Fithian; one daughter, Dana (David Reyling) Loschen of Savoy; seven grandchildren, Wayne (Seyward) Loschen, David (Heather) Loschen, Dawson Loschen, Dentler Loschen, Dalton, Loschen, Daylee Reyling, Connor Reyling; four great grandchildren, Alyson, Thomas, Emma, and Jake; one brother-in-law, Marvin Ferguson of Brownsburg, Indiana; one sister-in-law, Jo Ann (Eddie) Rademaker of Oakwood; a very special family friend, Patty Brewington of Paris; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Terry Lane Loschen; two brothers, Coy Walter, Charles "Homer" Walter; and one sister, Betty Ferguson.

Anna Marie graduated from Danville High School. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Royal. After obtaining her beautician's license, she had her own shop at home. Anna Marie was a bank teller at the First National Bank of Ogden at Royal and also a farmer's wife.

She enjoyed camping, boating, sewing, quilting and playing the piano and organ. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
