Barbara Ann Costanzo, 77 of Paxton, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2022, at her home.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 18, 2022, at the Paxton Fire Department, 310 N. Market Street, Paxton.  Baier Family Funeral Services, Paxton is assisting with arrangements.

Barbara was born December 14, 1944, in Noblesville, Indiana the daughter of Leonard T. and Alice Sylvester Lewis.  She married James Costanzo August 18, 2002, in Springfield, Illinois.  He survives.

Along with her husband, Jim, she is survived by an uncle and aunt, Robert and Naomi Sylvester of Noblesville, Indiana and several cousins.

Barbara graduated from Paxton High School.  She had worked for her father and uncle as a bookkeeper for their lightning rod business.  She then worked as an inspector for Sorenson's, Paxton for a number of years and finished her career at ITW, Paxton.

She was a member of the Philadelphia Church of God.  Barb enjoyed listening to the Trumpet Daily Radio Show and also listening to her husband read the Old and New Testaments to her.  She had a large network of lady friends and enjoyed their telephone conversations.  Barb loved gardening in her back yard, playing the organ and going on walks.
