Bonnie Lee Schneider, 79 of Paxton, passed away at 2:10 a.m. Sunday, December 15, 2024, at OSF Heart of Mary Medical Center, Urbana.

Private services will be held.  Baier Family Funeral Services, Paxton is handling arrangements.

Bonnie was born January 6, 1945, in Lansing, Michigan the daughter of Stanley and Bernadine Jenkins Fransted.  She married Dennis Schneider August 19, 1961, in Paxton.  He survives.

Along with her husband, Dennis, she is survived by two daughters, Linda (Mickey) Gooden of Sebastian, Florida, Denise (Rick) Peers of Paxton; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren and a brother, Steve Fransted of Tennessee.  She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, David.

Bonnie grew up in Gifford.  She retired as a purchasing agent for Rantoul Products.

She enjoyed bingo, playing slots, crocheting and working jigsaw puzzles.  Bonnie loved Harley rides and attending the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
