Brenda Darlene Vinson, 60 of Paxton, passed away at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.

Private family funeral services will be held followed by burial in Glen Cemetery, Paxton.

A public visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon Monday, April 26, 2021 at Baier Family Funeral Services, 406 E. Pells Street, Paxton.

Brenda was born July 8, 1960 in Paris the daughter of Chester Lewis and Dolores Ann McCarty Fillinger. She married Terry Vinson April 22, 2000 at the First United Methodist Church, Paxton. He survives.

Along with her husband, Terry, she is survived by one daughter Joy (Andrew) Crum of Paxton; step-son Phillip (Whitney) Vinson of Bourbonnais; two sisters Gloria (Rusty) Woodmansee of Paxton and Paula (Mark) Ecker of Paxton and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Brenda graduated from Paxton High School in 1978. She enjoyed crocheting, watching movies and game shows and her cats.
