Delores Marie "Bunny" Spanhook 70 of Paxton passed away at 2:00 a.m. Saturday, March 6, 2021, in Paxton.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 12, 2021 at Baier Family Funeral Services, 406 E Pells Street, Paxton with Rev. Tom Anders officiating. Burial will follow in Glen Cemetery, Paxton.

Visitation will be before the service from 12-2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Bunny was born January 15, 1951 in Paxton the daughter of Harold Arthur and Dorothy Marie Nelson Spanhook.

She is survived by her fiancé Bill Howe; children Vickie (Wolfgang) Heisler of Paxton, Jeffrey (Jaime) Hauersperger of Paxton, Dawn Goff of Colorado Springs, CO, Aaron Goff of Paxton; 11 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter and her siblings Sharon Myers of Paxton, Donnie (Bonnie) Spanhook of Paxton, Ted Spanhook of Rantoul, Bob (Sharon) Spanhook of Decatur and Debbie Wheeler of Paxton.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Bunny was a home daycare provider for a number of years and retired from Rantoul Products. She attended the Paxton Church of Christ. As a Paxton Girl Scout, she was chosen to be a part of the ground breaking ceremony of the Paxton High School. Her hobbies included knitting and crocheting.
