Debra L. Ferriman, 65, of Melvin, formerly of Mt. Olive, Illinois passed away at 8:32 a.m. Sunday, June 1, 2025 at her home.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Baier Family Funeral Services, Paxton is assisting the family with arrangements.

Debra was born May 28, 1960 in Justice, Illinois the daughter of Walter Roy and Patricia Reimer Wendtland. She married Richard Ferriman on September 25, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He survives.

Along with her husband, Richard she is survived by two daughters, Chrystal Rials of Rantoul, Christina (Gerald) Arseneau of Guthrie; four grandchildren, Adalyn, Trinity, Riley, Lincoln and a brother, Richard Wendtland of Justice.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Jacklyn Wendtland and two brothers, Walter and William Wendtland.

Debra worked in dining service at assisted living facilities in Mahomet, Urbana and Autumn Fields in Savoy. She enjoyed fishing and loved spending time with her family.
