Francis (Frank) Edward Vaiciulis, Jr., 72, of Paxton died on March 17, 2026 at his home.

A private family funeral service will be held on September 26, 2026 in Naperville, Illinois.

Frank was born March 8, 1954 in Cook County, Illinois the son of Francis Edward Vaiciulis, Sr. ad Ruth Mae (Lumsden) Mottys.

He is survived by a daughter, Maria Janice Velazquez (Xavier Velazquez) of Sherman, IL; four sons, James Allen Vaiciulis of Dahlgren VA, James Ryan Anthony Vaiciulis of Champaign, John McTighe (Crystal McTighe) of Knox, IN; Bradly Allen Hilbert of Chicago; six grandchildren, Lorraina Pilar Arreola, Rosaleina Janiece Edgerton (Cameron Edgerton), Maria Vaiciulis, Anabel Vaiciulis, Adelia Belle Connaly, Elijah James Vaiciulis; one great grandson, Emerson Camilo Edgerton; step-children, Bonnie Jean Young (Jerad Young), William Joseph Foiles; three sisters, Linda Ruth Vaiciulis of Ft. Myers, FL, Nadine Marie Baker of Ft. Myers, FL, Julie Ann Dekerf of Orlando, FL; two brothers, Vincent William Vaiciulis of Chicago, Guy Allen DeKerf (Staci DeKerf) of Orland Park, IL; step-siblings, Barbara Shimoda (Thomas Shimoda) of Chicago, Anthony DeKerf of Cupertino, CA, Cecilia Chapman (James Chapman) of DeMotte, IN, Janice Mottys of Falmouth, KY, Suzanne Mottys of Momence, Michael Mottys of Matteson, IL. Wendy Mottys of Matteson, IL.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis Edward Vaiciulis, Sr. and Ruth Mae (Lumsden) Mottys; brother, Francis Vaiciulis, and sister, Linda Ruth Vaiciulis.

Frank was a construction contractor. He enjoyed coin collecting, gardening and fishing.
