Heather Ann Poll, 35, of Ludlow passed away at 7:41 p.m. Monday, January 15, 2018 at Presence Covenant Medical Center, Urbana.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 19, 2018 at First Lutheran Church, 301 S College, Paxton with Rev. Debra Domeier officiating. Burial will follow in Glen Cemetery, Paxton.
Visitation will be 4 – 7 p.m. Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Baier Family Funeral Services, 406 E Pells, Paxton and one hour prior to the service from 10-11 a.m. Friday at the church.
Heather was born December 4, 1982 in Gibson City the daughter of David and Ouida Atkins Poll.
She is survived by one daughter, Haylee McCormick of Paxton; fiancé, Ross Radke of Ludlow; mother, Ouida (Ronnie Crichfield) Poll of Paxton; father, David (Kim Britton) Poll of Paxton; one sister, Lindsey Poll of Paxton; two nephews, Camden and Conner; paternal grandmother, Ruth Poll of Paxton; maternal grandfather, Glenn Atkins; and several aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Bob Poll, and maternal grandmother, Josephine Atkins.
Heather graduated from PBL High School in 2002. She worked at the Ford County Courthouse and Jail as part of the PBL I.C.E. Program. Heather also worked for several years in laundry and housekeeping at the ASTA Care Nursing Home. She was a member of First Lutheran Church, Paxton.
Heather enjoyed playing Euchre. She was a Green Bay Packer Fan and a diehard Cardinals fan. Her greatest joy was spending time with family, especially her fiancé and daughter.
