James "Brian" Mosbarger, 51 of Champaign died at 11:42 p.m. Wednesday, June 27, 2018, at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana following a motorcycle accident.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, July 5, 2018, at Baier Family Funeral Services, Paxton with Pastor Dave Parker officiating. A private burial will be held in Glen Cemetery, Paxton.

Visitation will be two hours prior to the service beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.

Brian was born August 25, 1966 in Tuscola the son of Carl Thomas and Rose Ann Muncie Mosbarger. He married Michelle Roderick.

He is survived by two daughters, Lindsey "Windy" Mosbarger of Daytona Beach, Florida, Kalie Rose Mosbarger of Paxton and a sister, Angela Horath of Winter Haven, Florida.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Brian grew up in the Atwood-Hammond area. He graduated from Champaign Central High School in 1985. He was a road striper foreman for Varsity Striping & Construction Co. in Champaign. He was a member of Regulators Motorcycle Association.

Brian enjoyed riding motorcycles and golfing. He always looked forward to Sunday breakfast with his daughters.
