Jody Maxine Overstreet, 55 of Paxton, passed away at 5:00 a.m. Saturday, January 1, 2022 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.

A private burial will be held at Glen Cemetery, Paxton.  Baier Family Funeral Services, Paxton is assisting the family with arrangements.

Jody was born February 10, 1966, in Lafayette, Indiana the daughter of Russell and Diane Moss Haskins.  She married Thomas Overstreet January 23, 1995, in Paxton.  He survives.

Along with her husband, Tom, she is survived by a daughter Jennifer (Larry) Overstreet; a son, Russell (Candace) Overstreet; grandchildren Diane, Dakota and Natalie; sisters Penney (Amos) Adams, Jill (Ron) Dulske, Roxanne (L.V.) Johnston, Dora Haskins, all of Paxton; numerous nieces and nephews; longtime friends, Connie (Kevin) Crank of Indiana and everyone else that loved her including other grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Tina

Jody enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading books, watching "The Bold and the Beautiful" and doing latch hooks.
