Juanita Jean Bleich, 84, of Roberts passed away at 1:39 p.m. Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at Gibson Area Hospital, Gibson City.

Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at Baier Family Funeral Services, 406 E. Pells St, Paxton.

Juanita was born June 8, 1940   in Roberts the daughter of Dale and Geraldine Tornowski Shambrook. She married Gerald "Jerry" Bleich May 31, 1959 at the United Methodist Church in Roberts. He preceded her in death June 8, 2019.

She is survived by four sons, Dale (Therese) Bleich of Roberts, Dave Bleich of Roberts, Dean (Karen) Bleich of Falcon, Missouri, Doug Bleich of Buckley; 17 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and a sister, Dianne Bailey of Onarga.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Joanne.

Juanita graduated from Roberts-Thawville High School. She was a farm wife helping out wherever she was needed. She also worked for Bill Kruse Auctions, Gibson City for many years.

Juanita was the morning coffee maker for the Bleich Roofing crew and always looked forward to their daily visits. She enjoyed reading, grocery shopping, playing Bingo and country line dancing. Juanita's greatest joy was spending time with her children, grandchildren, adopted grandchildren and family parties.
