Leroy F. Orr, 78, of Las Vegas, Nevada formerly of Paxton passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2018 in Elk Mountain, Wyoming.

Services will be held at a later date, Baier Family Funeral Services, Paxton is assisting the family with arrangements.

Leroy was born December 27, 1939 in Watseka the son of Orville and Mildred Pervis Orr. He married Maxine Moss on May 3, 1993 and she preceded him in death November 11, 2010. He later married Jean Stanley Pellegrini June 5, 2014 in Paxton. She survives.

Along with his wife, Jean he is survived by one son, Frankie Blue of Las Vegas; two step-sons, Brian Pellegrini of Las Vegas, Justin Pellegrini of Las Vegas; one step-daughter, Sylvia (Lionel) Iles of Las Vegas; four sisters, Betty Clover of Dwight, Ruth Bang of South Carolina, Sharon Milligan of Pennyslvania, Georgianne Coulter of Washington State; six brothers, Danny Milligan of Melvin, Bill Milligan of Melvin, Jim Milligan of Wisconsin, David Milligan of Herschburg, Lloyd Milligan of Sibley, George Milligan; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Dale Orr and Rudolph L "Rudy" Orr.

Leroy was a member of Full Gospel Christian Fellowship, Paxton. He was employed by Birkey Farms as a truck driver before retiring.

He enjoyed fishing, camping and being outdoors.
