Loralee L. Cole, 88, of Rantoul, formerly of Paxton passed away at 4:34 a.m. Sunday, March 30, 2025 at Country Health Care, Gifford.

Private Graveside services will be held in Glen Cemetery, Paxton with Rev. Pat Allin officiating. Baier Family Funeral Services, Paxton is assisting the family with arrangements.

Loralee was born October 22, 1936 in Cambridge Springs, Pennsylvania the daughter of Wayne E. and Lucille Dunn Jones. She married Donald M. Cole on December 25, 1954 in Cambridge Springs, Pennsylvania. He preceded her in death April 10, 2000.

She is survived by three sons, Donald (Lola) Cole of Rantoul, Martin Cole of Rantoul, Jack (Vicki) Cole of St. Joseph; five grandchildren; several great grandchildren, three sisters and two brothers.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald; three brothers and one sister.

Loralee spent her childhood in the Cambridge Springs area and attended schools in Union City, Pennsylvania. She and her husband lived in Mississippi and Ray City, Georgia before moving to the Ludlow area in the late 1950s.

Loralee enjoyed reading, word finds and crossword puzzles and spending time with her family.
