Marsha Ann Kingery, 70, of rural Loda passed away at 2:25 a.m. Friday, September 7, 2018, at Gibson Community Hospital, Gibson City.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 12, 2018, at Baier Family Funeral Services, 406 E. Pells Street, Paxton with Rev. Gene Creek officiating. Private family burial will be held at Glen Cemetery, Paxton.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, September 11, and Wednesday one hour before the service at Baier Family Funeral Services, Paxton.

Marsha was born August 30, 1948, in Urbana, a daughter of Russel B. "Smitty" and Marge Bate Smith. She married Richard Kingery May 29, 1966 at the First United Methodist Church, Rantoul; he survives.

Along with her husband, Rich, she is survived by her mother, Marge Smith of Rantoul; a son, Gary Kingery of Paxton; a daughter, Marla Bleich of Loda; four grandchildren, Wyatt Kingery, Ellie, Tyler and Addie Bleich; and a sister, Janet Cederholm of Rantoul.

She was preceded in death by her father and son-in-law, Kyle Bleich.

Marsha graduated from Rantoul Twp. High School in 1966. She was a stay-at-home mom before going to work at Eagle Wings, Rantoul and retired from there after 14 years.

She was a member of the Loda United Methodist Church, Home Extension and Loda Fire Women's Auxiliary. Marsha enjoyed bowling, shopping, crossword puzzles, playing euchre and Scrabble and her flowers.
