Maulik Kiritbhai, 46 of Paxton passed away at 12:21 a.m. Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at Gibson Area Hospital, Gibson City.

Private family services will be held. Baier Family Funeral Services, Paxton is assisting the family with arrangements.

Maulik was born September 15, 1974 in India the son of Kiritbhai and Niruben Kiritbhai Patel. He married Reshma Maulik February 18, 2002 in Ahmedabad, India. She survives.

Along with his wife Reshma he is survived by his daughter Yashika Patel of Paxton; his parents Kiritbhai and Niruben of Ahmedabad, India; and mother-in-law, Kokilaben Desai of Ahmedabad, India.

He was preceded in death by his father-in-law Girishbhai Desai.

Maulik was in charge of maintenance at the Paxton Inn Motel. He loved to work, read and listen to music.
