Nancy Jo Ann Elliott, 71 of Loda, passed away Saturday, November 30, 2024, at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 6, 2024, at St. John's Lutheran Church, Buckley with Rev. J. Kevin Wyckoff officiating.  Burial will follow in Pine Ridge Cemetery, Loda.

Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 5, at the church.  Baier Family Funeral Services, Buckley is handling arrangements.

Nancy was born August 31, 1953, in Paxton the daughter of Eldon L. and Jeanette Weber Tobeck.  She married Kim Elliott September 25, 1971, at St. John's Lutheran Church, Buckley.  He survives.

Along with her loving husband, Kim, of 53 years, she is survived by two daughters, Jennifer (Mike) Carlson and Johanna (Jonathan) Mayer both of Saint Joseph; two grandsons, Jacob and William Carlson; three brothers, David (Stephanie) Tobeck of West Lebanon, Indiana, Jerry (Gail) Tobeck of Buckley, Paul (Jenny) Tobeck of Fisher and a brother-in-law, Dana Elliott of Loda.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Nancy graduated from Buckley-Loda High School in 1971.  She worked as a cook at the Loda Grade School and was an Avon Representative for a number of years.  She retired in 2012 from the Buckley State Bank as a bookkeeper.

She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Buckley, a former member of the Buckley-Loda Grade School Mother's Club and a volunteer at the St. John's Lutheran School library.

Nancy was an avid Chicago Cub's fan, loved country music concerts and traveling, especially to Colorado.  Nancy also enjoyed spending time at Ruby Lake with her family.  Her greatest joy was her family and her highlight was her grandsons.
