Robert L. Bloodworth, 69, of Mahomet passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022 at his home.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 21, 2022 in Woodlawn Cemetery, 1803 N Coler, Urbana with Pastor Terry Cooper officiating. Baier Family Funeral Services, Paxton is handling arrangements.

Bob was born December 5, 1952 in Springfield the son of Bonnie Edgar and Hazel Geneva Harrell Bloodworth. He married Luz A. Uribe Soto December 12, 2001 in Columbia.

He is survived by son, Brayan Uribe Bloodworth of Champaign; niece, Angie (Tim) Drollinger of Urbana; nephew, James A. Bloodworth, Jr. of Mahomet; and several other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, James A. Bloodworth, Sr.

Bob graduated from Mahomet High School. He worked at McLean County doing computer programming. Bob was a member of Full Gospel Christian Fellowship, Paxton.

He enjoyed learning to play music on the guitar and piano and loved his dog, Stella.
