Robert A. Miller, 93 of Gifford formerly of Champaign, passed away at 6:02 am. Wednesday, July 29, 2020, at Country Health Nursing Home, Gifford.

A private graveside service will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery, Indianola. Baier Family Funeral Services, Flatville is assisting the family with arrangements.

Robert was born October 20, 1926 the son of Ray M. and Katie Kyle Miller. He married Barbara Canaday on December 31, 1949 in Vermilion Grove. She preceded him in death May 29, 2013.

He is survived by two daughters, Tracy (Jay) Hageman of Fairmount and Dede (Don) Heidbreder of Potomac; three grandchildren, Jenny (Chris) Kirschner of Homer, Cale (Callie) Heidbreder of Gifford, Carson (Clark) Juday of Thomasboro; four great grandchildren, Dylan and Hadley Kirschner, Blakeley Heidbreder and Cane Juday.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters Melba and Hester, one brother John and a son-in-law, Jay Hageman.
