Robert "Bob" Willard Treach, 71 of Mahomet; formerly of Paxton, died at 10:56 p.m. Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at his home.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 27, 2024, at Baier Family Funeral Services, 406 E. Pells Street, Paxton.  A graveside service will follow in Glen Cemetery, Paxton with Rev. Debra Domeier officiating.

Robert was born August 5, 1952, in Paxton the son of Willard and Signa Hanson Treach.  He married Jody Morgenroth August 22, 2009, at the Busboom Castle.  She survives.

Along with his wife, Jody, he is survived by a son, Joseph (Connie) White of Pikeville, TN; three grandchildren, Sarah, Brittany, Joe Jr. and two brothers-in-law, Robert McQuality and John Morgenroth.  He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and a daughter.

Bob graduated from Paxton High School in 1970 and attended Eastern Illinois University.  He retired from Quality Control at Vesuvius, Fisher after 30 years.  He then worked at Christie Clinic for ten years as a courier and at the front door.

He was a member of New Beginnings Lutheran Church, Mahomet.  Bob enjoyed hunting and was an avid history buff.
