Ruth Ann Williamson, 69, of Buckley passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at her home.

Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Woodland Cemetery, Buckley with Rev. Debra Domeier officiating. Baier Family Funeral Services, Buckley is assisting the family with arrangements.

Ruth was born June 24, 1954 in Paxton the daughter of Elmer Otto "Jack" and Myrtle Colwell Ennen. She married Larry Williamson October 26, 1974 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Buckley. He survives.

Along with her husband, Larry, she is survived by two sons, Bob (Teri) Williamson, Roger Williamson, both of Buckley; daughter, Bonnie Williamson of Farmer City; nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren with one on the way; nephew, Ashton Pruitt; and niece, Lacey Pruitt.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Ruth graduated from Buckley High School. She worked in accounts receivable at Meats Plus, Loda for 20 years and was an EMT for the Buckley Ambulance. Ruth was a past member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Buckley.

She worked with the Cub Scouts and enjoyed driving her Mustang, always hoping for a TDD (Top Down Day) and working Sundays at the 103 East Bar, Buckley. Most of all Ruth loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
