Theresa "Terri" Anne Milburn, 80, of Ludlow passed away at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Baier Family Funeral Services, 406 E Pells, Paxton with Pastor Fred Sistler officiating. Burial will follow in Ludlow Twp. Cemetery, Ludlow.

Visitation will be two hours prior to the service from 10:00 – 12:00 at the funeral home.

Theresa was born February 12, 1938 in Chicopee, Massachusetts the daughter of Stanley "Tom" and Frances Jablonski. She married Wallace D. "Tiny" Milburn February 15, 1958 in Chicopee, Massachusetts. He preceded her in death May 12, 2014.

She is survived by one daughter, Anita (Darren) Lucas of rural Rankin; three sons, Richard (Karen) Milburn of Lake Iroquois, Loda, Allan (Bethany) Milburn of Paxton, John (Carrie) Milburn of Lake Iroquois, Loda; five grandchildren, Chris (J.R.) Deck, Kaehla (Brandon) Shaw, Devin (Whitney) Milburn, Emily Milburn, Lauren Milburn; five great grandchildren, Cole, Jonathan, Kollin, Konner, Kamdyn; one sister, Dorothy Hope of Massachusetts; and one brother, Stanley Jablonski of Massachusetts.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two brothers.

Terri and her husband traveled extensively with the Air Force before moving to Ludlow in 1975. She was a member of the Ludlow United Methodist Church. After raising her children, Terri worked at Switchcraft in Paxton for twelve years and for several years she helped her husband run the Ludlow Community Center.

Terri enjoyed gardening, yard sales, flea markets and playing cards. She loved animals of all kinds. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
